Ordering Information

After you've gone through our gallery of pet paintings and are certain you'd like to purchase your own, you'll need a photo of your pet -- preferably several photos, and well lighted. These can be scanned normal photos or digital camera pictures. Note that unlike many other pet portrait services, we usually include the background image behind the pet, so keep that in mind when taking or selecting the photo. Alternatively, although this is slightly slower, you can also mail physical photos to our address, and we'd return the photos with the painting.

We require a down-payment of 25% of the purchase price (typically $175) before the painting will be started, to pay for the materials and time. After the painting is finished, which can take a few weeks (although is usually much faster), we will email you an image of the completed painting. We send you the painting after you approve of it and send us the rest of the price.

You may pay by check, money order, or (through PayPal) any major credit card.
